Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
These Terms ("Terms") apply to the ku9i platform and all of its services. By visiting the ku9i website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to accept these Terms. Minors are not permitted to create an account or use any services on ku9i. ku9i may request proof of age at any time for verification purposes.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform. Any changes to the Terms will be published on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating a ku9i account. Registering with false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure. Each individual may only operate one account.
- Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing this information with anyone is prohibited.
- If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, contact ku9i support immediately.
- Operating an account on behalf of a third party or organisation is strictly prohibited.
- If your account details change (such as your mobile number or email address), please update them promptly.
Users are responsible for keeping their own accounts secure. We recommend using a strong password and changing it regularly. ku9i will never ask for your password over the phone or by email.
Platform Usage Terms
To use the ku9i platform, users must strictly comply with the following rules:
- Fraudulent activity, the use of bots, creating multiple accounts, or attempting to steal another user's information is strictly prohibited on the platform.
- Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to platform systems, hacking, or any form of cyber attack is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used to harass or defraud other users.
- Using automated tools, software, or strategies to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming is strictly prohibited.
- Ku9i must not be used for any activity that violates the laws of Bangladesh.
Ku9i reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates the above rules, without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, legal action may be taken.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on ku9i are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Please ensure you enter the correct amount and transaction details when making a deposit. Incorrect information may result in the transaction being cancelled.
- Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be restricted.
- Deposits and withdrawals using a third party's mobile number or bank account are not permitted.
- Using ku9i for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is a criminal offence. Any suspicious activity of this nature will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the platform's payment page and are subject to change.
Completed transactions are saved in your account history. If you encounter any issues with a transaction, please contact our support channels with your transaction reference number.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

Ku9i provides its platform on an "as is" basis. ku9i shall not be held directly or indirectly liable for any loss arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical errors, or third-party actions. All personal financial decisions made in connection with betting or gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility.

All content on the ku9i platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and interface elements — is protected by ku9i's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, or commercially using this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Ku9i uses third-party payment services on its platform (such as bKash and Nagad). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and ku9i is not responsible for their conduct.

Account Suspension or Closure Policy
Ku9i may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

- Upon detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- If evidence is found of multiple accounts or registration under another person's identity.
